Works with adults and seniors
Stacy Boone is a Master’s-level Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities across the lifespan. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and the Strengths Perspective, Stacy believes therapy is a collaborative process. She tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, helping individuals build on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
